Zied Triki is a seasoned manager with over 13 years in financial software Customer Support operations. He holds a Master's degree in computer science in management and a National Master's Degree in the management of information systems and organizations. Zied T. is skilled in leadership, customer relationship management, project management, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum (PSM I certified),Kanban and Management 3.0. Zied T. managed in his carrier several customer support centers based in Tunis for 3 International Software Editors in Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management. As a Program Manager, he led the successful migration of JIRA & Confluence to the cloud. And He has also built new customer portals from scratch. Zied is also proficient in software, programming languages, hardware, and databases. He has implemented AI solutions and robotic process automation to improve support center processes.
